Welcome to LJ Internet These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our internet services. By subscribing to or using our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Service Description
We provide residential fiber broadband internet services in lower Mariveles Bataan Available postpaid packages include:
- 30 Mbps
- 50 Mbps
- 70 Mbps
- 100 Mbps
- 200 Mbps
- 300 Mbps
Plan Change Policy:
- Upgrade or downgrade of plans is allowed only after the current billing cycle is fully paid.
2. Installation and Equipment
- Free installation is offered for first-time subscribers.
- For re-installation or reactivation, standard service charges apply.
- All devices (modems, routers, cables) provided by us remain our property, unless purchased by the customer.
- Customer-caused damages to equipment (misuse, neglect, accidents) will be charged based on equipment value and labor.
- Equipment damaged due to normal wear and tear will be replaced free of charge.
- Modem upgrades, if available and requested by the customer, will be subject to applicable fees.
- If an account remains inactive for 10 consecutive days, the installation and equipment may be pulled out.
- If no request for reactivation is made within 15 days, the account will be marked terminated, and a new installation fee (?1,000) will apply for reconnection.
- Re-installation is allowed only if all outstanding balances are fully paid.
3. Billing and Payment
- Billing is issued monthly in advance.
- Payment is due on or before your assigned due date.
- Accepted payment methods include Cash, GCash, and other methods as announced.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree to use the internet service responsibly and legally. You must not:
- Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Spread viruses, malware, or malicious software
- Resell or share your connection outside your registered residence without written approval
- Use the service in ways that disrupt the network or affect other users, such as high-volume or abusive bandwidth consumption
Violation of this policy may result in service suspension or termination without refund.
5. Speed and Performance
Please note that actual internet speeds may vary based on:
- Network traffic and congestion
- Device compatibility
- External or technical factors beyond our control
While we aim to deliver consistent and reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, maximum-speed access at all times.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your service for any of the following reasons:
- Failure to pay by the due date
- Violation of any part of these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the network
- Technical issues beyond our control
Voluntary Termination:
- You may cancel your subscription by giving us 30 days advance notice through SMS, email, or chat.
- Equipment provided by us must be returned in good condition.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held responsible for:
- Any direct or indirect losses due to service interruption
- Loss of data or files
- Unauthorized access to your devices or network
In any case, our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days prior to the issue.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with data privacy laws. We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services. We will not share or sell your personal data unless:
- Required by law, or
- You provide written consent
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated or amended from time to time. All changes will be communicated through email, SMS, or your billing portal. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
